Privacy

Notes and clipboard history stay on your Mac. Optional connected features contact their services directly. Momo has no app account or telemetry.

What stays on your Mac

Clipboard history, notes, file-shelf references, quick links and settings are stored locally. API keys and licence records use your login Keychain. The Companion images and animations are bundled with the app; playing them makes no image-generation or network request.

What leaves your Mac

• Integration requests go directly to the provider you configured, using your key. Choose the narrowest read-only permissions available.
• Weather and city search use Open-Meteo customer endpoints with your chosen location and customer API key.
• Licence activation sends your key and your Mac’s name to Dodo Payments. Validation uses the saved licence instance and key.
• Update checks fetch www.notchmomo.com/appcast.xml when updates are configured.

Purchases and support

Dodo Payments handles checkout as merchant of record. Payment details are entered on Dodo’s checkout. We receive purchase and contact information needed to deliver licences and provide support. See Dodo’s privacy policy for its processing. Information you email us is used to respond to your request.

This website

The face demo runs in your browser. It does not record your cursor movements or contact an image-generation service. This site does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Ordinary requests to the hosting provider may include your IP address and browser information. Following a checkout link takes you to Dodo Payments.

After checkout, Dodo may include purchase information in the return URL. The activation guide removes those parameters from the visible address before loading page assets and does not display or store them. The initial request can still reach the hosting provider, so avoid sharing a checkout return link.

Control and removal

Clipboard capture requires consent. Pause it during sensitive work, exclude apps or clear history. Turning a tool off stops its polling; presentation mode pauses background tools. Files on the shelf are references to originals. See the support guide for storage and removal.
